Your purchase of Wrapper Garden products implies your agreement with these terms. Please take the time to read through them and ask about anything you don't understand.
All purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
With any purchase from Wrapper Garden, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable "license to use" our graphic template designs. Ownership of the graphic template designs does not transfer to you. We retain the copyright for all designs.
All Wrapper Garden templates are protected under copyright law to Gina Brady, and may not be copied, reproduced or redistributed in their original form. They may not be altered in any way except for personalization for sale to your clientele. These terms apply to all templates for sale on the public pages of the site.
If you need slight alterations made to any of our designs, feel free to ask. In most cases, the changes can be made to fit your specifications before you buy the template.
If you are purchasing templates, you agree to the following:
YOU MAY:
- -Use the templates to make personalized items for your personal or business purposes.
- -Print as many as you need. There is no limit on how many you may print.
- -Add your own text and additional graphics if you wish.
- -Create personalized items to use for display on your site or on your business premises. If displayed on a website, you are required to protect against download or copying by placing the word SAMPLE over the image.
YOU MAY NOT:
- -Sell the templates "as is". They must be personalized.
- -Distribute the templates "as is" in any form, including but not limited to, groups, forums, download sites, CD, DVD or print. Templates must be personalized.
- -Include these templates "as is" in any collection or library on any media, including but not limited to, groups forums, download sites, CD, DVD or print. Templates must be personalized.
- -Claim the templates as your own. You may not add additional graphics and then sell the template. All templates must be personalized for your customers.
- -Deconstruct, crop, slice, dice or in any other way alter the templates with the exception of adding text and additional graphics for your customer.
- -Share the templates with anyone.
NOTE: I do keep records of all purchases. Any person or company found to be using them without permission will have legal action taken against them.
If you know anyone who is interested in having the templates, please direct them to the site so they can purchase their own. You are licensed to use the templates on the site for your personal or business endeavors according to the terms set forth above. Remember, all purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
