1. Can I sell templates from your designs at my website?
No, you can not sell, re-sell, offer or give our wrappers (and other) files to anyone. They can NOT be used at a website if they are to be downloaded by a customer or anyone else. For instance, if you make a candy wrapper with one of our templates you can print and sell that wrapper (already made) to a customer, but you can NOT offer the wrapper file as a digital download to anyone.
2. Can I use your files on my websites to show customers?
Yes. You may use the templates that you purchase to make images to be used on a website to show a customer what you are offering. You MUST put the word "Sample" over the graphic or template when it is shown to customers. This not only protects our files, but protects you. You cannot use images of our designs that you have not purchased.
3. Can I return or exchange a graphic or template once I have purchased it?
No. Due to the nature of this business, our graphics and templates are NOT eligible for return or exchange once they have been purchased. We encourage you to contact us with questions prior to making your purchases.
4. Do I have to pay sales tax?
Orders within New York State are required to have an 8% sales tax charge applied to the total cost. Orders outside of New York State will not include this charge.
5. What method of payments do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and eCheck payments are currently accepted via PayPal®. PayPal® is our secure payment gateway. You are NOT required to have a PayPal® account
6. How long will it take to receive my order?
Immediately after PayPal® payment has been completed, the requested templates will be available for immediate download. If you request a CD, it will be sent via USPS Priority mail, generally arriving within 10 business days.
7. I don't see a wrapper that fits my needs. Do you do custom orders?
Yes. I will be happy to work with you to create the perfect wrapper for your needs, BUT all copyright protection remains the property of Gina Brady at Wrapper Garden and any new designs will be made available on Wrapper Garden for others to purchase. You can be first, but I cannot promise you an exclusive.
8. What is your privacy policy?
It is Wrapper Garden's policy to respect the privacy of its users and of personal electronic communication. We respect the privacy of our customers. Wrapper Garden will not sell, rent or loan any identifiable information regarding our customers to any third party. Any information you provide us is held with the utmost care and security.
9. How do I use your graphic templates in the Wrapcandy program?
- Unzip the downloaded templates first.
- Place them in a folder where you will know where they are. You will need to "insert" them as a picture into Wrap Candy. They are NOT WrapCandy .cwr files but "images".
- Open WrapCandy.
- Click on FILES and then NEW.
- Select the type of label you need (SOE, SCE, MINI, Etc.) or create a new one if you need it.
- Now, click on the mountain icon that is located to the left. This is your insert picture key. When that opens up, it defaults to the contents of the WrapCandy Clipart folder.
- Click on Browse your hard drive and browse and find the name of the item you want.
- Select and place the image inside the red dotted lines. Adjust it to the edges of the red dotted lines.
- Personalize and print.
- Don't forget to SAVE your new project!
10. Do I need a special program to work with your images?
Any program that accepts image files will work. Some common programs are Microsoft Paint (comes with most computers), Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Publisher and Microsoft Word.
